FFPE colorectal tumour tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.

No fixed normal range.
What is the Test?
An expanded colorectal cancer panel evaluating **KRAS, NRAS, BRAF mutations**, **HER2 amplification**, and **MSI by IHC**.
Test Procedure:
Tumour tissue is processed for NGS mutation testing plus HER2 and MSI immunohistochemistry.
When to Take the Test:
When combined genomic and MSI/Her2 information is required for treatment planning.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with colorectal cancer being considered for anti-HER2 or immunotherapy-based regimens.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Pregnant individuals should notify doctor; ensure tumour content >10%.
