Sample Required:
30 mL whole blood in Streck tube (2–8°C) AND FFPE tumor blocks with adequate tumor content
Test Time:
Sample collection: 10–15 minutes. Report available in approx. 4–6 weeks.
Test Normal Range:
No normal range; MRD assessment reports molecular residual disease levels
What is the Test?
This test evaluates minimal residual disease (MRD) using blood-based NGS and reference tumor tissue, helping detect microscopic disease after treatment.
Test Procedure:
Blood is drawn, stabilized in Streck tubes, and matched with FFPE tumor tissue for comparative molecular analysis.
When to Take the Test:
Used at baseline (post-treatment) to establish MRD reference levels.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients undergoing cancer treatment requiring MRD monitoring.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Inform doctor about pregnancy; ensure tumor block availability; avoid sampling within 24 hours of transfusion.
