Description
Mutations and Gene amplifications with TMB.
Does not include fusion analysis
Tissue, NA, Fasting or Non Fasting: As suggested by doctor
Sample Required:
FFPE tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C; tumour content >10%.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.
Test Normal Range:
No fixed normal range.
What is the Test?
A broad NGS panel assessing **409 genes** for **mutations and gene amplifications**, including TMB measurement. Does **not** include fusion analysis.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA is analysed for mutations and amplifications across the 409-gene panel, along with tumour mutation burden.
When to Take the Test:
When wide genomic mutation and amplification profiling is required to guide therapy.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients needing deeper molecular insights excluding fusion-driven cancers.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure tumour suitability; disclose pregnancy before biopsy.
