FFPE endometrial tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.
Test Normal Range:
No fixed normal range.
What is the Test?
An extended panel assessing **POLE, PTEN, TP53** plus MSI evaluation using immunohistochemistry for mismatch repair proteins.
Test Procedure:
Tumour tissue undergoes NGS plus MSI IHC.
When to Take the Test:
When immunotherapy relevance and mutation profile are both required.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with endometrial cancer being evaluated for MSI-high status or targeted therapy.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Avoid biopsy during pregnancy unless medically necessary; ensure tissue meets tumour content requirement.
