Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.

What is the Test?
An NGS panel evaluating **POLE, PTEN and TP53** genes with full coding sequence coverage, aimed at endometrial cancer characterisation.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA is extracted and sequenced across these genes.
When to Take the Test:
At diagnosis or when understanding molecular subtype is needed.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with suspected or confirmed endometrial cancer.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure endometrial tissue adequacy; inform clinician if pregnant.
