What is the Test?
A blood-based encyclopedic tumour profiling combining NGS, ICC and microscopy for mutations, fusions, CNVs and circulating tumour cells.
Test Procedure:
Blood is processed for CTC isolation, NGS and ICC.
When to Take the Test:
When non-invasive full tumour profiling is needed.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with solid tumours where tissue biopsy is not feasible.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Follow full blood pre-requisites: fasting preferred, 24 hr post chemo/PET/CT gap, no transfusion in 24 hrs, provide reports, consent needed.
