What is the Test?
A fusion-focused NGS panel evaluating **51 genes**, including ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK1/2/3 and FGFR1/2/3, to identify actionable gene fusions.
Test Procedure:
Tumour RNA/DNA is sequenced to detect fusion events across the 51-gene panel.
When to Take the Test:
When fusion detection is essential for choosing targeted therapy.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with lung, thyroid, sarcoma, or other cancers where actionable fusions are common.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure adequate fixation; disclose pregnancy and major health conditions.
