DNA sequencing for MMR and colorectal cancer-related genes.

When colorectal cancer occurs early or clusters in families.
Who Should Take This Test:
Individuals with suspected hereditary colorectal cancer.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Fasting preferred; avoid sampling within 24 hrs of chemo/radiation/transfusion; provide reports; signed consent required.
