Tissue, NA, Fasting or Non Fasting: As suggested by doctor
Sample Required:
FFPE lung tumour tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C; tumour content >10%.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.
Test Normal Range:
No fixed normal range; TMB is reported in mutations/Mb.
What is the Test?
An NGS panel detecting lung cancer–specific mutations and fusions, with **tumor mutation burden (TMB)** for immunotherapy guidance.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA/RNA is sequenced for mutations, fusions and TMB calculation.
When to Take the Test:
When planning targeted therapy or evaluating suitability for immunotherapy.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with lung cancer requiring molecular and TMB profiling.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Pregnant individuals should notify clinician; ensure proper tissue handling.
