Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.

What is the Test?
A panel assessing somatic alterations in **BRCA1, BRCA2, PTEN, TP53, RB1, ATM and PALB2**, relevant for advanced prostate cancer therapy.
Test Procedure:
Tumour tissue undergoes targeted sequencing for these genes.
When to Take the Test:
When evaluating suitability for PARP inhibitors or understanding tumour aggressiveness.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure tumour content is adequate; disclose pregnancy (rare but required).
