What is the Test?
A mutation panel analysing **KRAS, NRAS and BRAF** genes relevant in colorectal cancer.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA is sequenced for hotspot mutations in these genes.
When to Take the Test:
When colorectal cancer is being evaluated for targeted therapy suitability.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with colorectal cancer requiring molecular testing.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure tumour block adequacy; disclose pregnancy before biopsy.
