FFPE colorectal tumour tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.

What is the Test?
A combined panel assessing **KRAS, NRAS, BRAF mutations**, with **HER2 and MSI** evaluated via IHC.
Test Procedure:
Tumour tissue undergoes sequencing plus dual IHC analysis.
When to Take the Test:
When mutation profiling plus immunophenotyping is required.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with colorectal cancer needing mutation and MSI/Her2 status.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure tumour block adequacy; disclose pregnancy status.
