16–20 mL Streck + 8–10 mL EDTA blood AND fresh tissue in DCGL Transport & Preservative solution at 2–8°C OR FFPE block (tumour >10%)

A tissue-based tumour profiling test using NGS, ICC and microscopy for mutation, fusion, CNV and tumour biology evaluation.
Test Procedure:
Tumour tissue and blood are processed across multiple platforms.

When tissue-based molecular profiling is required.

Patients with solid tumours and available tissue samples.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Follow blood pre-requisites + ensure tissue block >10% tumour content.
