What is the Test?
An NGS panel analysing **28 homologous recombination repair (HRR) genes** including BRCA1/BRCA2, ATM, RAD51 and others relevant for PARP inhibitor therapy.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA is sequenced for HRR-related pathogenic variants.
When to Take the Test:
When evaluating DNA-repair deficiency or potential PARP inhibitor suitability.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with breast, ovarian, prostate or pancreatic cancers.
Precautions for Exceptional Cases (Pregnancy, etc.):
Ensure adequate tumour block; inform doctor if pregnant.
