What is the Test?
An ultra-comprehensive profiling platform assessing **511 genes** for **mutations, CNVs, fusions, TMB, MSI**, and includes **gene expression analysis of 20,802 genes** plus **ER/PR/HER2/AR** where relevant.
Test Procedure:
Tissue undergoes NGS, immunohistochemistry, MSI testing and transcriptomic analysis, combining genetic and expression-level profiling.
When to Take the Test:
When exhaustive tumour profiling is required to guide complex treatment decisions or for trial enrolment.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with metastatic, treatment-resistant or rare cancers requiring highest-depth profiling.
