FFPE tumour tissue block OR fresh tissue in DCGL Preservative Solution at 2–8°C; tumour content >10%.
Test Time:
Biopsy-dependent. 8–12 working days.
Test Normal Range:
No fixed normal range.
What is the Test?
A comprehensive test analysing **all exonic regions** of the genome to detect mutations, CNVs and actionable variants across thousands of genes.
Test Procedure:
Tumour DNA is extracted and processed through whole-exome sequencing pipelines.
When to Take the Test:
When maximum genomic coverage is needed beyond targeted panels.
Who Should Take This Test:
Patients with rare, aggressive or treatment-resistant cancers.
